A summary record of the proceedings in civil cases showing title of cause, attorneys, court costs, and record of various papers filed, orders and judgments issued, pleadings entered, hearings held, and other actions taken. The Court Record serves as an index to other volumes and papers in which information about a case is found (e.g. Minute Record, Judgment Book, Case Files). More than one case may be recorded on a single page.
